Are you a fixing up your first home?

Magnolia Network's First Time Fixer documents the real-life experiences of first-time house fixers, flippers and renovators. By utilizing footage almost entirely shot by homeowners themselves, this innovative series gives viewers a glimpse into what it really looks like to renovate a property from beginning to end.

Do you have a renovation project with lots of potential but you're not sure exactly how you'll pull it all off? Producers are seeking new fixers of ALL kinds who are trying their hand at something new, hoping to learn as they go and interested in sharing their first-hand experiences with the world.

If you’ve recently purchased a fixer-upper and hope to complete your renovation by mid-summer 2023, we want to hear from you. Apply below!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM SELECTED?

If selected to move forward in the process, our team will contact you via the phone number or email you provided on your application with more information. Selected finalists will be asked to participate in in-person competitions at Magnolia in Waco, Texas, for the chance to win a cash prize and have your recipe featured on Silos Baking Co.’s menu.  Selected applicants will be contacted between July 2 - August 30, 2022.  Applicants will have 48 hours to respond; be sure to regularly check your voicemails and junk/spam email folders.

  

IF I WIN, WHAT WILL MAGNOLIA DO WITH MY RECIPE?

If you win one of the two competitions, we'll celebrate your recipe by featuring your baked treat on Silo Baking Co.’s menu!

 

HOW LONG DOES THE SEARCH LAST?

Applications will be accepted starting July 2, 2022 and will close on July 31, 2022.

 

IS THIS OPEN TO U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY?

Yes. At this time we are only able to accept applications from residents of the United States, excluding United States territories. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska are also eligible for entry.
